Once publishing work has commenced, fees may be non-refundable as per the agreed terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Authors retain rights to their original manuscripts unless otherwise agreed in a written publishing agreement.

Sarvad Publication retains rights to design layouts, branding materials, and marketing creatives created by its team unless specified otherwise in contract.

5. Payments

All payments must be made through approved payment gateways. In case of failed or disputed payments, services may be suspended until resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sarvad Publication shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
