1. Book Orders (Physical Products)
We strive to deliver books in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund or replacement requests will be reviewed after verification. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7???10 business days.
Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor printing variations
- Delay caused by courier services beyond our control
2. Publishing Services
Publishing services involve customized work such as editing, design, formatting, ISBN registration, and marketing preparation.
Once the publishing process has commenced, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after administrative deductions.
3. Payment Disputes
In case of payment disputes, we reserve the right to suspend services until the issue is resolved. All payment transactions are processed securely via Razorpay.
